Fix wrong display with some Vietnamese word with Diacritics in Smartforms

Solution:

1. Check Font: using UTF font such as Times, HELVE,… and check font is installed in the system already by TCode SE73
2. Check TCode SPAD, Output Device -> using Device Type: SWINCF
