EG: you need to find CMOD project for exist name EXIT_SAPLFMR4_002

Step 1: depend on table MODSAP -> get Exit name

Step 2: depend on table MODACT -> get CMOD project  

Now you know CMOD project and you can access it and as you can see exit name EXIT_SAPLFMR4_002 is activated in the project
